Q: What file formats do you accept for artwork/design?

You can send us your PDF files generated from Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign and AI and EPS files supported by Adobe Illustrator. Also, we accept high-definition graphics in JPG, PSD, or EPS that are created in Adobe Photoshop. Ensure all files are prepared in a CMYK color profile.

Q: I received my printed products, but there was a mistake. Can I ask for a reprint?

If the error is in printing from our team, we will reprint your order without asking for any extra cost. However, if the problem arises from inaccurate or poorly designed data provided by you, we cannot be held accountable, and costs for any reprints will be cleared by the client.
